TULIPS!!!

OK, so it’s been a long while since I have done any blogging.  It is so much easier to just post some pictures on facebook and be done with it.  However, my early blog entries saved me recently when I was scrapbooking a few pages (also a rare occurrence) and I couldn’t remember some details about Heath prior to one year.  I looked back and had tons of details and copied them word for word!  So, this is a great reference and I should do it more often.  I drug my kids to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Festival this year.  It is very difficult to get there with guitar lessons, church activities, soccer practice, baseball practice, and let’s not forget inclement spring weather in Oregon!  So we were smooshing it in on a Friday afternoon between school (gets out at 3) and soccer practice back in Portland for Halle (starts at 6).  Needless to say it was a quick trip.  I thanked my kids for somewhat agreeing to let me drag them there for some pictures.  It was actually not too cold or windy.  Wet, it was and very cloudy which made for some kind of gray pictures, but after all the near misses getting there, I took what I could get!  So, here they are….

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

So there it is.  Another blog post.   I host these pictures with Photobucket and it is acting totally strange so this took much longer than it should have.  I  hope it is temporary or not much blogging will ever get done!  Thanks for looking!
